Architect Yener Torun  captures the chromatic diversity of local buildings in this stunning series of images. Shooting from a one-point perspective, Yener knows exactly how to setup his compositions so they are truly framable pieces of art. With perfect right angles at every turn, one might be forgiven for taking a closer peek at these for hints of acrylic or oil brush strokes, that’s how artful they are.

It’s a testament, not only to the surprisingly vibrant chromatic expression of one of the world’s oldest and largest cities, but for Yener’s ability to hone in on the magical nooks and crannies where symmetry, rhythm and color converge. It feels like a playful nudge from someone so passionate about buildings, he wanted to lift the veil of mundane life and remind the world that art is all around us, if you have the eyes to see it.
